International Shipping Frequently Asked Questions

Yes! To ship internationally, we partner with Global-e. Global-e is a trusted global ecommerce vendor whose solution allows Elizabeth Arden to provide the best possible user experience to our international customers. Please select the country switcher dropdown to see which countries we ship to and select accordingly. Once you are in checkout, you will see local payment methods and calculations for any appropriate shipping, duties, taxes and other customs fees.

Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, shipment destination, and the value of the purchase. If duties and taxes are charged at checkout, they will appear as a separate line item. If they are already included in the product price, there will be a note at checkout clarifying. Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery and they will be the customer’s responsibility. It will be noted at checkout for full transparency before you order.

If you are not satisifed by your order, you may initiate a return within 30 days of purchase. For all international returns, please click here to initiate your return. You must enter your GE order number and your email that was used to make the purchase. Please note that all returns require a $15 USD pre-paid label for Canadian returns and $20 USD pre-paid label for all other countries that will be deducted from your refund. You must agree before completing the process of initiating your return. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only. Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account depending on your financial institution. We are usually unable to change or cancel an order after you've placed it.

It is possible that your order may be cancelled due to out of stock inventory during high volume periods. If your order is cancelled, all charges will be refunded. We recommend trying to place your order again.
