Returns Policy

 

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to issue a full refund for your purchase price if the return complies with our return policy.

We accept returns for products purchased from elizabetharden.com only. All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. Products purchased from elizabetharden.com must be returned in unused and good condition with all packaging attached, within 30* days from date of purchase. Additionally, return of items that qualified for a free promotional item(s) must be returned along with the free promotional item(s) to receive full credit.

Upon receipt of the package, return processing can take 1-2 business days. Please allow an additional 10-15 business days for the return credit to post onto your account. Please follow the return instructions below to initiate your return. Please refer to the Return Tracking Number of your package to monitor delivery status. For items returned within our returns policy, the purchase price will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser. Shipping and handling costs, gift box costs and other charges are non-refundable. Elizabetharden.com monitors return activity and reserves the right to deny returns that, in its sole discretion, do not meet the return policy requirements, in instances of abuse, or for items that were re-sent at no cost in a good faith gesture following a report of non-receipt. Elizabetharden.com will cover the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.

*Refunds for returns received after 30 days are not guaranteed and will be made at the sole discretion of Elizabetharden.com. If issued in these instances, please contact customer service for assistance.

Return Instructions

  1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 30 days for a refund. If you wish to return an item to elizabetharden.com, simply begin a complimentary return on your US online order here and enter the order number and email address.
  2. Print your shipping label
    If you are unable to print, please bring this to a carrier location for assistance.
  3. Pack up your return
    Place your item(s) AND the packing slip inside a sturdy container, like the one your item(s) came in. Mark out any older addresses and bar codes. Tape up your package and affix your shipping label to the outside.
  4. Ship it back to us
    Drop off your package at a carrier location near you. Once it ships, use the link in your confirmation email to track its progress. To find your closest FedEx location, visit the FedEx Drop Off Locator or go to www.fedex.com.

International Return Instructions

  1. If you are not satisfied by your order, you may initiate a return within 30 days of purchase. Please click here to initiate your return. You must enter your GE order number and your email you used to make the purchase. Please note that all returns require a $15 USD pre-paid label for Canadian returns and $20 USD pre-paid label for returns for all other countries that will be deducted from your refund. You must agree before completing the process of initiating your return. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only. Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account depending on your financial institution.   2. Print your shipping label
    A copy of the prepaid return label will be emailed to you. Please keep this safe, as we are only able to generate one prepaid return label per order. Print the Return Label and affix it securely to the outside of the package. Hand the commercial invoice to the courier. If an account number is required by the courier company to arrange the collection, it can be found on the shipping label attached to this document.
    Go to https://locator.dhl.com, choose your country and fill in your location (address or zip code) to locate your nearest DHL Express points.

  3. Pack up your return
    Find a container that will fit all of the items you are returning. It is recommended to use a bag to avoid high shipping costs. Make sure the container fits the items as snugly as possible, to avoid excess shipping costs. Also make sure there are no tracking or shipping labels attached to the container. Place all the items you selected to return, into the container and seal it.
  4. Ship it back to us

  5. Refund
    Please allow 5-10 business days for a refund to be credited back to your payment method, once the order has reached the International Returns Hub and has been inspected. All returns require a $15 USD pre-paid label for Canadian returns and $20 USD pre-paid label for returns for all other countries that will be deducted from your refund.
